• When you upload a supported image, PDF, DOCX, or text-like file, the browser extracts text first where possible.
• The analysis is based on the text that is extracted or pasted for the scan.
• If you do not want a detail to leave your device, redact it before starting the scan.

What is sent for analysis

• The scan text you submit is sent to the analysis endpoint to generate risk guidance.
• Emergency help keeps short active-session context so replies stay tied to the same case.
• Use only the minimum text needed to explain the scam pattern or loss.

What may stay briefly

• Short-lived scan caching may be used to speed repeat checks for the same content.
• Emergency help session data is used to keep replies tied to the same case while it is active.
• This site is not designed around a permanent user account or long-term case vault.

Third-party analysis services

Scam analysis may use third-party AI or verification services. If a case contains sensitive details, share only what is required to understand the scam.
