Recovery first

If something already went wrong, start here

Use this page when money, access, or data is already gone.

Best after harm already happened

Use it when money is gone, access is lost, or documents or credentials were already shared.

01

Stop more harm

Pause payments, logouts, screen sharing, and any further chat with the scammer.

02

Save proof

Keep screenshots, transaction IDs, phone numbers, links, emails, and timestamps together.

03

Use the right route

Go to emergency help or the official account page before panic pushes you into random steps.

Do This First

Emergency order for the first few minutes

  • Call the bank, wallet, or provider first if money already moved.
  • Change the exposed password first, then the connected email or recovery number.
  • Remove any remote-access apps if the scammer saw or controlled the screen.
  • Do not delete chats, emails, or call logs before saving proof.
Save These

Proof that makes complaints stronger

  • Payment IDs, UTR or reference numbers, and amount.
  • Scammer phone number, email, username, website, or UPI ID.
  • Exact messages, fake notices, and login or OTP screens.
  • Date, time, and the app or platform where it happened.
